Getting rid of thc from system

I weigh 220lbs and am 6"2, and been smoking since august 2014 (after 1-2 month break with only a few tokes in between), took a few breaks here and there for a week at most. My driving license was taken away due to presumed 'epilepsy' reasons when I went to the doctors to find more information about what happened to me about a year and a half ago. They did 6 tests total, 2 of which were the same sleep deprived eeg done in different hospitals, all results came back perfectly fine. The only thing stopping me from getting my license reinstated is the drug test.

I quit on the 23rd of November, went full cold turkey (didn't experience too much effects aside from loss of appetite, insomnia, and sweating. Appetite is back already and insomnia I had from before I even started smoking so I'm used to it, and sweating is gone now too)
I've been drinking Karma water once every day (sometimes every other day) so the vitamins including Niacin help me flush out some of the thc. I am still drinking plenty of water daily.
I am also drinking minimum of 1-2 cups of green tea a day to further assist with the flushing.
I am not spending any money on a drug test yet, since I know I'll probably go positive, so for now I'm just focusing on my diet

My appointment with my doctor is on first week in January, (I'm not sure if they will give me the drug test right away, or if they set a time after the meeting)

Just wondering, if I continue my diet and vitamin intake (I'll be buying some cranberry juice later on today or tomorrow) how are my chance on passing a drug test if I am to stay absolutely clean until the appointment? (If that's even possible to predict)

I did gain some weight ever since last August, so I'll be working out and doing my regular jogs in the gym starting next week (after exam season)

Thanks Forum!

P.S. Enjoy a picture of Orange Afghan ;)

You should be fine. Just keep doing what you're doing. At the doctor appointment they're either going to give you the test right then and there or they're going to send you to Quest Diagnostics or someplace similar to have it done.

Dr will do it during the appointment.

you never found a cause for the (i assume) seizure?
Whoops, put in the wrong year of smoking start (edited).

Yeah, the result is still inconclusive.
I've had two seizure-like activities total, about 2-3 months apart. Ever since then I've been seizure activity free. (Over a year and almost a half at this point) Both instances I had smoked, and only common denominator is sleep deprivation, and a little caffeine.
At the hospital, both times, they told me that weed was the cause, which is absolute bullshit because I've been smoking since then, and my family doctor said that weed would only HELP this condition.

i almost asked if you had taken any other drugs.. if you are prone thats certainly a plausible mix.. stims lack of sleep and weed.

the hospital was correct in that weed can cause a seizure, but it can also help, and normly acts to regulate. cbd can also cause seizures

Thc could potentially alter seizure threshold mostly through gabba as jwh018 found in old spice products does...a full agonist more specifically hitting cb1helping us study those effects, thc hitts cb1 and cb2 near equally in contrast and a partial agonist.
But cb1 receptors do also control seizures and regulate. And cb1 antagonism or in cb1 knockout mice, seizures arose.

with a decreased tolerance, thc is much more potent acting more like a full agonist and hence can induce a seizure..this is also seen in animals quite common now

anyway good luck...
but yea youll test fine

Great info! The second time was indeed after a break, and we split a blunt over 3 people. Blunts in general are harsher, so that's definitely a possibility for the cause.
Thank you! I'll definitely keep that in mind.
