Once you start growing, you usually end up making your grow area larger for future grows. I'd go for at least a 400watt, 600 if you can. those 150s will be used for clones or moms, just not enought juice in my opinion. Tents are alright if you wanna spend the money, just make sure they have port holes on each side, towards top and bottom. Also the most common size of port holes (for smaller grows)are 6", so u kindda wanna make sure they're not 4" or too big like 8". Also get a light hood that allows air flow through it and it has sealed glass. Avoid Ballast enclosed lights/hoods as they're heavy and air flow restricted. If you didn't buy the tent, you can always order a roll of Mylar sheet and use that for first couple grows to see if you continue doing so. You'll need a good fan as well, stick with a higher powered ones and better brands like CanFan. They have a higher CFM and A BIT quieter if sound is issue. think about cooling, heating, humidity, the kinda soil/hydro, nutes, pots and so on. Have most things ready before u start and do as much research as possible, the last thing you want is running in to more troubles than you already probably will, on ur first grow. Also try to find hardier strains and strains that fit in ur space. I would stick with 1 or 2 strains of the same height and then if u want to explorer others u'll do so later. good luck.
