Getting antsy...

Hey guys, getting closer and closer to harvest here and my yield is looking... slightly dismal. Tell me if you think these will fatten up nicely, it's at about 60 days. Trichomes are abundant, I am however worried about the growth around the main cola, it's slightly pinkish and feels a little stiff compared to the rest of the foliage... tell me what you guys think, this is Northern Lights x Big Bud Auto by World of Seeds, smells delicious.

Yes they should. Give them time, some strains takes longer and that might be one. Or its in the pheno

Do you happen to know anything about the leaves on the main cola? You can see how they're all pinkish and pointing upwards.

What are your temps running? Your stems are also looking a bit purplish. Like Dontae said though, could be the strain/pheno or it could be lower temps that can cause the purple.

It's quite normal for cannabis plants to yellow within the last month or so of their lives, it's due to an absence of nitrogen.

Nitrogen is used for mainly root develop and fan leave development as far as I've read. At the time of flowering, Nitrogen isn't needed very much hence why bloom nutrients usually have little to no nitrogen in them. I was very worried as they started to yellow but upon reading this I have lessened my worry. Bud development has more to do with K and P, hence why a lack of N during flowering isn't a huge deal. I am however worried about how many fan leaves I have lost, seeing as fan leaves are the main provider of photosynthesis for a plant. But it seems that that worry is misplaced, as my buds continue to swell. I might try different things with my next grow, to see if I can keep green growth for longer.

No disrespect meant - but you have to feed cannabis plants. Yours looks starved to death and nearly ready to die. The complete lack of colour to your leaves means she's going to struggle to fatten those flowers and pack on weight. The weak state of the plants also means the discolouration and brittle quality to the colas you talk about may be rot that set in as they were so weak. Remove all of the dead leaves immediately, even if they are still attached to the plant. On your next grow make sure you feed them, right through the grow - flush if you want to, but your aim is to keep those plants green, not yellow. If they stay green till week 6/7 you're gonna get buds that fatten. Learn and you will improve for next time - this time was a learning experience. :peace:

If I were you I would let it dry out a day or two then give a good flush with 1/4 strength nutes. Make sure your keeping an eye on the PH because it doesn't take much to lock something out. If you don't get the plant what it needs, and soon, you will wind up with sum wispy shit that even the high school kids wouldn't want. Best of luck but you're way off on something, and what we are all trying to tell you is that it is NOT normal, so work on fixing it up.

The first grow usually doesn't go without problems, so don't feel too bad. It looks way better than some first and way worse than some first time farmers. Everybody understands there's a sort of learning curve so take the knowledgeable advice that was given and run with it bro! Good luck with whatever you decide to do player.

One last thing to chew on. You may have been feeding it plenty, but if the PH is a little off it may be completely locking something/s out.

Its taken me 3 grows with my plants exhibiting the same exact symptoms at the same exact week to realize FFoF can't carry a regular girl for 3 months(with "light" feeding in fear of burning) and how essential feeding actually is, now im learning to keep my girls healthy to the bitter end, your plants sir im most definitely under fed, under sexed, and under paid. See what I did there?!
