Has anyone tried getting a 2nd or 3rd crop of the same plant. I've read about it but don't know if it is bogus or really true. Any input would be appreciated..

sure its possible, but is it worth it? to re-veg that plant and then let it flower again is gunna take a long time, it would be wiser to use that space in your grow room with a new clone or vegged seed but if u really like that plant then go for it, snap some pics and keep us updated on the progress...

cheers

It's an interesting subject. If size were an issue, would it be better to go with a new plant? Will a fresh plant produce more than a veteran?

I read that you don't need to re-veg it, just give a healthy dose of Phosphorus to promote new flowers and can expect a second yeild in as little as six weeks. Granted it would be a much smaller yield than the first. I would definitely have to agree with the clone idea or SOG method but right now I only have two small plants about two weeks into flowering and am skeptical about ordering seeds online. I might experiment with this idea and will post pics if I do.

I've heard there is a way to make a plant hermie, then you could pollinate and make your own supply of seeds. Not that you'd want to screw one of your plants and have seedy bud, but it would provide you with seeds for many many grows to come (although I'd say take a chance and order seeds as opposed to this, i've known people who have, and i have once, and never had or heard of a problem)

Or as mentioned of course, cloning.
