germinate help with rockwool

need some help here on my first BB.

I germinated the seeds as I used to in paper tower, rockwool soaks in 6pH solution over night, not even half strenght.

seed sprouted taproot, so I place them in rockwool and in to the net pot. 3 days gone by, 1 of them has moved away from the husk, reached the water, colour turning green, thats a relief there, but the others aint doing much, no seedling leaf pop above the rockwool yet.

second one has about 8mm root and stopped, 3rd one has 3mm root then stop there, last one looks just the same as when I planted it, 1mm taproot.

rockwool are moist, not wet or dry all 4 are same condition.

any help?

hi m8 wat lights do u have them under ? as long as the cubes stay moist with ph 6 and half strength they should have all they need to grow ok i grew sum lr2 in rockwool under 250 hps turned out nice

2 x 200 cfl's 6400k 5 inchs above the pots, 4 pots altogether in te bucket

any more growth today they shud have reared their heads by now ?? ya set up sound fine m8 and i meant quarter strength not half strength nutes soz did u use ya fingers wen putting into cubes?
