Germ White Widow

I finally received a precious little seed that contain the genetics of the Legendary White Widow.

I'd like some tips on how to germinate the seed. I've grown bag seeds before by wet paper towels and it has worked fine, but I read that the paper towel method may damage the root hairs affecting plants growth throughout the lifespan of the plant. I don't want to take any risk in damaging, because I only have one seed to plant and can't afford any mistakes.

Should I use Rockwool, just plant it directly in the ground, or what?

Any advice?

If you've grown this strain, what technique did you use?

ive used the paper towel method but im second guessing that a lil so just go with putting the seed in plain soil...

I placed the seed on a damp rag and put a pinch of soil on the rag and placed it inside a ziplock bag. It popped in less than a day and is already in the ground :)

The best way is to sow it right in the soil. when you use a paper towel you can tear small micro hairs off of the tap root. The best way to do it is: bottom feed small pots of soil with water. put a shallow hole in the soil with your pinky finger about up to the first knuckle. if you can see very moist soil at the bottom of the hole you watered it enough. sometimes there is even a small puddle of water in the hole... this is better yet. drop the seed in with tweezers and gently cover the hole up with dirt. water a little everyday and the love will come!

That's what I thought. I watched close, so as soon as it radical showed I put it in the ground so the root wouldn't start growing into the rag.
