germ good, no sprout

recently germed several seeds, 4 popped root mayb 2-3mm . planted all root down 3/8in down , in paper cups plastic bag over each under lights[cfls]. used MG been almost 48hrs. is this normal r am i impatiant. doing a fridge grow in garage, getting colder at nite,should i start'em indoors then move to fridge? have intake & exhoust just pulling cold air in at niteany help 1st time grower

does the soil your using have any nutes?

*edit* i have had them pop in under 24 hours and also had to wait like 3 or 4 days.

They need to stay warm.
