General question about watering with well water

Hey fellas... Maybe someone has experienced this along with me... Quick rundown: indoor grow under hids. Fox farms happy frog soil. Mothers in 3 gallon containers flowering plants in 1 gallon pots. I have well water that comes out of the tap at a ph of 6.5. It also goes thru a softener..i didnt want to stir up a hornets nest and buy water or haul water. I figured the well water would be good for them...my flowering plants seem to do great with my botanicare nute lineup. However now im into a 3rd cycle with the mothers and ive noticed some nute troubles. Brown spotted leaves, yellowing up top and bottom randomly... Just curious if put in a sediment filter and a tap before the softener if that water would be better for my girls?? Thanks for your help in advance!!

Total disolved solids.. Usually a ppm around a 100 is good.
I would try straight water without any filtering see how that does. The problem with distilled or filtered water is that it's stripped of a lot of the micro nutrients your plants need.
