General Growing help....

Hi all, new to the forum as of today! have been reading on the site for sometime now so thought it was time i joined!

i will upload some pictures of my "grow shed" tomorrow"

Basically, i have 3 White rhino Plant's growing with a 600watt light with deflector attached

being given " Potash protein" i believe thats what its called every 2-3 days

Plants are looking mega and are budding, and coverd in crystal, lights are on 12/12 just over fist to elbow height above plants

i have reflector foil all around the shed, plus "space blanket" insulation on the roof, with a small cheap fan in there

TBH im just a complete noob, and got the seeds from a deal... if you guys can help me out would appricate it, on what to buy feeding times, light times, ( i should invest in a thermometer )

Leafs seems to have curled to a "U" shape towards the light is this normal? also they are very dark, and the centre is illuminious

are you growing hydro or soil, what nutes are you using or think of using? 600 watts of M/H metal halide or HPS high pressure sodium?

ok ok, ill sort plenty of pictures out! if im honest i havent a clue what your talking about got the lights from a friend, theyre in soil with white pebbles on pots, i give the seeds to a friend to germinate, so im a serious newbie!

all i know is about the lights are that first of all the bulbs are dim and gradually get brighter and brighter, not sure if that will help establish what bulb they are
