Gearing up for the 2014 season ( need help with strains )

As stated i am gearing up for 2014 season and need help picking some strains i am in nw washington state ( whidbey island ) i had terrible luck last year due to rain and a late start so i am hopping sombody can help with some good strains for the pacific nw climate. I want somthing fast short flower finishing mid august would be great if possible i will be starting indoors beginning of april to get them a real good start ,,,,any help would be great, thanks

The earlier you start them, the bigger they get and the longer they take to finish. I've never finished anything in August except auto-flowering varieties. Not my faves, but better than I expected.

anybody with experience growing in the pacific NW?

Look into Bubba Kush... the plant is a beast and can take abuse.. plus it's a great smoke...
