lol yeah purps and grape ape clones went from detroit to flint today. more puple for the ghetto! and talk about GHET-tow!! was supposed to be some chem too but it didnt take so the purps came instead. i dont know if its GDP but it has that grape kool aid mix smell on the buds i got to see today.

i meant to bring my cam but i forgot cuz im not used to having one yet, ugh it was a 4000w flower room with a buncha strains. few purple ones. good purple strains too... blue widow, bubba kush pre98, grape stomper og, grape ape and purps.

i know i warned dude about that. his pheno is lanky too, dank tho. so alot of the stomper in growth and color, with the hard close-stemmed nugs along the main braches from the underdawg og tho. i didnt get to smoke any of it yet, it was gone like lightning fast. i had a couple myself and my veg closet got spider mites. i was pissed. im lucky he kept the strains i gave him.

Damn crazy, yeah just lost all my proven strains that i've had going for 2yrs now. Did all my clones in a ezclone style cloner nice white roots over 6" long. Put them in some Roots Organic 707 fried them all but two I was pissed. Had to start all over again with seeds.

OMG really!!?!? i love roots organics, all the nutes too... but i use the original mix. damn im so sry to hear that. wowza, bad batch maybe?

EDIT: Have to admit tho, i asked dude if i could just use his plain promix today on those, instead of my RO. since its nute free basically.

I would never use FFOF for clones, bro. Only for Moms and Flower Transplants or Established Rooted Cuttings(Edit: by which I mean previously been in dirt, not straight out of the cloner). I would recommend going Coco and pre-soaking in 1/2 strength nutes for cuttings. I was having trouble with mine until I stumbled across a Coco cloning thread. Make sure you squeeze all the excess water out, because if you use a dome, you will see mold. I'm knowledgeable because I've fucked it up a few different times . I have a recipe for home made cloning gel, too if you would be interested. I can't speak on Roots as I have never used it, only FFOF, coco coir, and an organic soil sold at the local Depot. I have heard of FFOF having bug issues in the past, but I thought they had fixed this. I purchased a bag about a month ago and didn't have any issues at all. Prices went up again, too. BTW, thank you for doing this comparison grow. I've been lookin the The Purps for about a year now, so on the fence about it. GDP or Purps will be my replacement for BB, as I am seeing more and more people having herm issues and no true representations of the expression that everyone looks for, ie color and taste. Looks like you have nute burn in quite a few of your pics. If you are interested in cutting back, I would mix in about 15% native soil (kinda cold for that right now,) or else using bagged top soil or no nutes coco. The ladies were beautiful though, and I SWEAR I smell them through the screen. Keep up the good work, my friend.

i feel your pain. we have one cat who is usually outdoors because she pees everywhere in the house, but since it's winter i had to bring her into the garage. she has furred up the very front row of one of my spaces pretty bad. that will have to go into my personal collection.
