But between the 2 you picked...I would say PS3. The new xbox will be probably be updated before the new playstation, also PS3 exclusives are some great games and online is free with playstation as well, also it is a blu-ray player, oh and it doesnt red ring often like the xbox either...now that i think about it, why does anyone get an xbox?

My thought is to let the thread die out & then decide.
I've read every response & am leaning towards the X - but I figured to let it play out & see what everyone has to say.

to be honest these consoles have been out for like 5-6 years maybe even longer... i don't really see the point in getting either.

just wait until a new one comes out.

i bought a 360 with 200 gig memory like 6 months ago fuck youuuuuuuuu

i have an xbox. i got it over ps3 because it was a lot cheaper and ive head the xbox network is way better. it's only $50 per year.

Playstation Network is only $0 a year, and it's reliable enough. no less reliable than Xbox Live.

yeah but ive explained before that i am not cheap. i also subscribe to cable tv and you can watch a lot of shows for free on the computer.

Never could watch tv/movies hunched over a computer monitor. Much more comfortable on the couch with the big screen
