I might as well get the log going already. It will be a week or what before any pics but I might as well keep it as current and 'real time' as possible. This will be an outdoor run, Living Organic Soil. The line up is: Super Blue Dream x (Mendo Queen x Paki Chitral Kush), Oldschool Afghan Haze x PCK, Lemon Thai x Freedom Baby, Lemon Thai x OG. Soaking right now are the Afghan Haze x MPCK or AH x MACE as they were labeled, and the Lemon Thai x FB. I will be staggering the next germination a bit, probably a week or so. Seeds will be put into a second generation LOS cut with half coarse coco rinsed to death. They will be fed a seedling tea as needed. Really stoked for this run :)

I had the first 3 of the Lemon Thai x Freedom Baby pop heads above soil yesterday, with a further 4 of them so far today. One of the SBD x MACE has also appeared above ground. First germing beans 3 days after soak, and it looks like the rest following on days 4 and 5. Pics would still be a little redundant right now, seedlings all look the same.

I have started on their seedling tea:

2 teaspoons all natural molasses
1 teaspoon of liquid fish fertlizer....perhaps you could run a slurry of blended fresh local fish
1 tablespoon of alfalfa meal
1 tablespoon kelp meal
1/2-cup of ewcs or fresh compost.
10 drops of CaMg+ or similar

Bubble for 24 hours.

It will be diluted 1:1

This is The Rev's seedling tea, as recommended by Gandalf, who knows his shit in and out, right on top of his game and I trust him deeply. I tested this tea on some clones. They are kicking ass.

My Brother! I know, right, isn't it odd how we also got the same issue on some lower fans at the same time too?... Representing Gage across a whole ocean in perfect sync. Let the good times roll!

I am here for the winter bro. I wish you an incredible grow with much success.
You are the MAN. Thanks again for sharing all your secrets. And of course for introducing me to the good folk at Gage. Amazing people. This is going to be fun. I am more grateful to you than it is possible to express brother!

Pics or it didn't happen ;)

LOL subbed!
Good to have you on board Annie! The goal is to have even more excessive excess than even you could come up with ;) I want to end up finding half-pipes everywhere LOL. I will get a pic of the babies tomorrow morning just for you.

Great group together on this thread already. I am going to have to kick some ass with these.

So I have 9/12 germinated on the LT x FB. One of them is refusing to throw off it's little helmet, and it is a bit too small for my clumsy fingers to perform a 'ceed section' on it. Holding thumbs. I actually think I had 12/12 germination rate, but I found my cat having a nice little snooze right on top of 4 bags, one bag had a SBD x MQ(PCK) bean in there. Silly kitty. NOT impressed. I guess it kept her tummy nice and cool, who knows.

11/12 of the SBD x MQPCK are above soil.

All of them are acting like little sunflowers, following the sun with their heads bending straight towards it. Minimal stretch on the LT x FB, medium stretch on the SBD x (MQ)PCK. They are almost ready for the first mulch, I will be allowing the soil to dry a bit more so the little taps go down as far as they can as soon as they can.

All look excellent. You can't really tell them apart in the pics yet, but the first pic is the SBD cross, the rest the LT cross with a pic of the little helmet head (hur hur hur) thrown in for good measure. I still have to move the last 2 into the sun, just waiting until they are sticking straight up.
