fungus on my leaves

I have a lady outside and in the past 2wks, i have noticed a kinda milky but slightly bluish-white film on some of the lower leaves. Would it be a fungus? Is there a particular fungicide i should use? Is there any saving the plant? She just started flowering, and im afraid its only going to get worse. Im sorry for not having a pic of it, but i can try to get one after work if need be. Thanks for any suggestions.

Pics will help, thanks If she's hit flower then no, no fungicides. Even in veg they're a bad idea. At least that's true for where I am from, we only have systemic fungicides that stay in the plant till it's cured so you definitely are smoking them.

Well it rained last night and when i went this morning, it was still dripping wet and now that i am home, i dont see it on her or anything else like i was before...guess i will watch it closely and try cleaning out some of my cover and see if that helps :s

Could be dried water residue. I always see it on my outside plants. first time I seen it thought it was PM. to be safe spray with milk water fat free milk 1 cup to a gallon of water and hydrogen peroxide 3% 1/2 cup to gallon of water spay with milk the switch to peroxide every 4 days in morning. this works very well for me. I had PM on one plant and did this and it worked grate. now I do it to prevent
