My auto hindu seedling got infested with fungus gnats, its pretty bad counted around 15 adults flying around (can't see in pic). I don't see no larvae or nothing. I watered it until 20% run off only twice in a week, how did this happen? What do I do, transplant (dig up seedling) or treat? And how do I properly water considering the size of pot? She's only 5 days.

Get some mosquito dunks and mix them in with your water, it should do the trick.

Ways to avoid fungas gnats:
-Keep the tops of your medium dry.
-Use a circulating fan to help dry the dirt/circulate air (this will also help)
-Keep roots covered

Ways to keep numbers down:
-Gnat nix is fantastic, I have used this a few times (Just make sure to add some to the bottom of the pot and top) This is for gnats that won't leave you alone, but this is almost 100% no gnats if you do it right.
-sticky trap (you will see 5+ after the first day, it defiantly will keep numbers down.
-Natural systemic deterrents (like sns 209) are all natural but make your plant taste/smell bad to all insects. (I use this about once a week just to be safe, even if I don't have bugs) It's supposed to work for spider mites, broad mites, thrip, and gnats. Basically anything that feeds on the plant.

So do you think if I dig out the seedling and replant it in new soil would that be a good way to have a fresh start? It is an auto so I'm worried about shocking it

Honestly unless it's infested that's probably overkill. Fungas gnats don't really kill your plant or even make it look unhealthy. They mainly just stunt the growth a bit from eating roots. If it's a bad problem and there's 20+ gnats flying around replant it. Otherwise if it's only a few I would just wait until it's a little bigger.

Yes infestation is the word. I have about 30 flying around. I think I will attempt to. transplant. Any tips on the watering? I watered with 20% runoff only few times but am lacking a fan. Will get that today

As long as the gnats can't get into the soil the life cycle s stopped. The sand is heavy and they can't get in the soil to lay eggs. I used to use peroxide. Sand evenly spread.

Well what about the eggs that are already in soil, won't they still produce more
