I heard this can be used by hydro without problems... Its still not 100% sure to me whether or not it works just as good since its a soilless medium but I heard it does still create the network of fungi which should help tremendously. Im about to try some myself in an NFT setup

uhhmmm some advice. dont introduce organics into a chemically fed hydroponic solution....
go one or the other, all chem, or all organics.

mixing and matching chems and organics is not a good idea.

i have a root inoculant im about to try i thought i would see if anyone knows what will happen. thanks for your input ill do side by side comparrisons in hydro and fox farm soil and ill try both with and without fungi so we will know if it works and we will know if it works in rockwoll and soil

I use a product from GH (general hydro) called "Sub Culture". It is made by GH and can be used in both hydro and soil. This is my first grow in years and am only in 3rd wk veg so cant really tell difference but GH recommends with each res change. So far everything is great so something working.... until I dropped my fan today on one of my prized plants "smash" dammit!!!!!!!!! Oh well the fan is fixed and she is tapped up and alive for now.... Its always something!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW i am growing in 4x4x4 rockwool cubes, in pots filled w/ hydroton, top fed......

Inoculants work great in hydro. Not so much to increase nutrient intake, but in protecting roots from diseases.

I put EWC, Aquashield and ZHO tea in my DWC, never had root problems since. 1 cup per 3 gallons of DWC water once every 7 to 10 days. I brew fresh tea every time and I give left overs to my other plants in coco coir and soil.
