Fulvic acid questions

I've been doing some research and have some conflicting information.

Some sources state it's good for all plant processes. Some sources state that it's mostly helpful in nitrogen uptake. Does anyone have some technical information to share? On a slightly different note, does anyone have experience to share in regards to using fulvic acid during the flowering stage?

Also, it seems to be commonly used both in hydro (and soil) and as a foliar spray. I'm leaning towards a hydro application but am having trouble finding usage level recommendations. If I were to purchase it would be in powder form.

its great. and doubles as a ph down...use it all day, right up to flush

Thanks for the recommendation. I like to keep things basic but it seems like fulvic acid would be a useful supplement. I can find sources of it in powder form that claim 70-75% purity... though there is no standard testing procedure from what I have read to determine the actual fulvic acid content.
