Fucking spastic...

So I went away for 2 days, and told my mate to look after my plants for 2 days. After seeing what happened, I decked him and ended up giving him a couple in the gob. Just wanna know if it's recoverable or not? It seems like it's done some heavy damage - fork branch removed, stem snapped. Cunt said it was like that before. The fuckhead also ended up burning and smoking the plant during its vegetation stage(5*whitelsd) and pretending he was "cooked". Fuckhead... ( the one with my led lamp on is the one picture before I left.

Yeah they will recover. A bit of kelp in your nutrients or some rhizotonic. Kelps cheap and available from garden centres or wilkos if your in the UK. You can add a small amount to your feed or spray it on. (diluted to recommended dose) They will pick up soon, probably quicker than your mate will by the sounds of it. He was doing you a favour, shit happens.

Hey Corey,
I have this NPK fertilizer that recommends me using a special dose every 6months-

I was just wondering if I could use fish flakes/ NPK fertilizer.

You can use pretty much most ferts to grow weed, but results vary. Nobody truly knows what the best NPK ratios are but I think we soon will with the laws changing in different places in the world.
If you post the contents (the NPK numbers) or a picture of the label and what your growing in I can have a look.

All good man, I see some resilience on her. It looks ugly, but it'll still give some potential- should be enough to pay for my learning attempts ( if you want you can see my problems - I managed to learn from a council gardener) I was just wondering, how much is the yield I'm going to get? My goal is around a bag or two (if not, how big should I leave her to?)

Gardening is gardening, Plants are plants, if your starting out with some basic knowledge then you have more than most folks do when they begin.
Looks good to me, reasonable health. Possibly a bit of tip burn but good overall.
As far as yield, its that age old question. Asked every day on here. But if you tell me the pot size, how long your vegging her and under what lights for veg and flower I can take a wild stab in the dark.
I see you have an LED, which type? What power? Is that going to be your flowering light too? Is it an auto or a photo period plant?

Dam my man, if only you wrote a book on this stuff! You're a legend.

Pot size is approx- 23cm so 1gal I think.
I'm keeping her on veg for a while- maybe another month or so? ( planted on may 23rd) (you can see my previous posts of my problems I overcame)
LED is a 300W lamp. I'm going to be using it for both veg and flower.
It is a WhiteLSD Femenised strain, so its photoperiod.

Haha, there's some good books already been written by folks far more knowledgeable than me mate.

Rough guess, if that is the true wattage of the Light maybe 5-8 oz if you train her well.
Much more is possible but may as well be realistic for a first grow.

If your in a 1 gal pot you want to get it potted up into a 5 gal, although it looks bigger than a gallon.

Regarding training, if you want to get the most of her you could try some LST, it would take some effort at this point because she looks to have a pretty thick stalk, but slowly bending her in a few places low down you can get that main stem horizontal and all those side branches will become colas.

Does the LED have a brand name? Or do you have a link for where you bought it from? I wana check the wattage is true wattage.

Cheers. :bigjoint:

I think it's a Mars Hydro
Probably only 135w in reality then. In which case a lot loess yield.
I suggested you LST it, I think it might be a poor move for someone with no experience with LSTing, so I'm gona say just look into topping or super cropping. I would hate to be responsible for an LST gone wrong.

I did LST on my younger plants, it created like a curvy stem. Idk how to do it with a stiff stem though, unless I individually get the branches and LST through that.

I just came back to ask you a question @coreywebster
There seems to be vegetation at the bottom of the plant, but almost frozen growth at the top, in implying light burn or root rott( I fed her some water a few days ago (when I got back) and the pot still feels heavy -perlite cocoa mix- which i been using since the transplant and she's been thriving until the incident) the soil is still wet with some applied nutrients- since a friend of mine told me nitrogen helps leaf growth

Could just be shock that's halted growth. From the damage done. Root damage or stem damage.
Could also be top part is too close to the light but usually they will stretch when that happens to avoid the heat.
Does it look like light burn? I doubt its root rot if your in coco. Just let the pot dry out a fair bit.
At this point she will recover from almost anything. If there was damage to the top of the plant it will behave like it would had it been topped or supper cropped, losing the dominance at the top and the side branches will grow out so you will have more colas instead of a xmas tree shape.

I don't get it. I easily go 3 or 4 days without looking at my plants. If they don't need water/feeding, there isn't anything my silly paws are really needed for. Lights are automatic, the fans keep turning, and the humidity is taken care of.

What could your bloke have possibly done in 48 hours to deserve a couple of smacks to the gob?

I'm not arguing the plants look bad. Just asking what he did or didn't do?

By the looks of it he cut of the branches and made it look like an accident, by dropping it a few times I'm guessing. And yeah, there's a bit of light burn and I super cropped it too.

By looking at it within 3-4 days, I'm trying to monitor it till it recovers, and then I'm gonna leave her be.

And also, I ended up replanting my last 2 seeds- I got a 3 cotyledon seed :D, but it doesn't seem to be doing good...
