Well I talked to my public defender, who tried to convince me I didn't have a case, which I know is not true. so I called a real lawyer but didn't get through. I'm going to keep trying.

who else lives with u? did they find that shit in ur room or around the house? i got in trouble for felony possession with intent but beat it in trial cuz they just found shit in the spare room and in my room all they found was money and bongs pipes etc..they also got text messages from my phone so who ever reads this always remember to delete ur texts..anyways other people lived in the house 2 and they testified at my trial that they go in 2 that room sometimes and its not my room just a guest room..the DA tried to convince the jury that it was my room and my weed and i had intent to sell it but honestly i didnt it was just shake that i was saving to make brownies..they never even gave me my money or weed back either but im tryin on their ass now cuz this just happend a couple months ago

I've been thinkin about it alot lately, and this may just be a blessing in disguise for me. A probation officer will help you find a job right? I've been out of a job for MONTHS because noone is hiring, and I'm thinkin if I can get them to drop the felony, and I can get a deal for like, 5 months probation (Shouldn't be hard, they probably know they don't have a case) I can just get the record sealed after my probation. I'm thinking in my town this is the only way I could get a job, even a shitty burger peddling one.
I've applied to burger joints in my area, and there is litterally a line out the door for interviews. Shit's harsh.

Thank Obama..... he has made the business world a hostile one. Businesses have pared down their payrolls and found they are just as efficient. Without the Govt. getting off their backs, they are reluctant to open up employment.
