Both in the wrong. Driver should have been more straight forward and the cop should have been more patient. *PATIENTS MUST HAND OVER THERE PRESCRIPTION WHEN ASKED BY A POLICE OFFICER*

This is why you don't play by the system, because it makes you think you're safe when you're not.

How much did he shell out for that med card to get arrested?

The system is a joke, to support and buy your way into the system is just supporting it and making it stronger.

Fuck the current medical cannabis structure in Canada it's a joke set up to make the rich richer off people who could be using cannabis to treat a variety of ailments for literally pennies. Instead they would rather fill people with shit "medicine" that has long term side effects.

Cop asks why you have Cannabis say "Lawyer" and that's fucking it. It will take over a year to get to court and by that time the laws are going to be changed regardless of who is in power.

That said that's my opinion, and the Lawyer in charge of the Allard case says you should get a license to possess at least in the mean time.

I don't know what good that's going to do when the only time you're going to have an issue is with asshole cops that refuse to follow rules to begin with.

fuck certain police. not all the police. ;)
big problem arising in society today when it's us Vs them.. we need to out the bad ones (well, THEY need to out the bad ones to get trust back)

not good when the people fear and distrust the ones who are supposed to be protecting them. i really don't like where all this is leading.

*video has a good warning though; if you don't fully comprehend the free man on the land stuff.. don't try and bring it up; they hate that ;)
Local sheriff's department is at least living up to this; they fired a long time deputy for leaving the scene of an accident in his patrol car, and recently indicted another for stalking and other sex crimes.

i agree 100%
not one to tell others to risk their freedoms.. but i feel exactly the same;
if i take part in something, i feel i'm basically giving it my encouragement. saying it's fair and ok.
-and this system is far from that IMO. (i never partook in MMAR either TBH. didn't like the abuse, and hate how some get covered while others get trouble for the same thing.. i'm not for any 'pick and choose' pot laws.)

i do the same when buying things.. i'll only buy what/when i deem a fair price. i can wait for a sale or a price drop. i wont ever be one to think "man i really didn't want to spend that much.. yet did" ;)
