frosting on my buds

i dont have pics yet bit i will take them. Im new at growing so i decided to ....sit down shut up and READ READ READ and follow what i read. my buds are 3 weeks into flower and starting to look like they were snowed on. anyway i think this means i followed instruction good. i am growing in an ebbandflow with 400 watts of goodness and a fan. does bad bud not get frosted? is there a difference between bud that isnt frosted?

I think you are asking if poor quality weed still gets heavy trich coverage and if Im right then I think you still need to read some more! You do know about trichromes? More means? less means?
