From Outdoor to indoor??

Hello everybody! Total noob here with his very first plant and a few questions and much needed push in the right direction please...
Recently i adopted a plant someone had given up on. Originally it was an outdoor plant, but had to bring indoors once she became mine. I set her up in a 5x5x8 tent with a 150w hps light. Did some adjusting and now i just need opinions, advice etc...

*ive read that the 150w is weak, yet the big ass tent for my 1 plant..lol...still gets pretty warm, up to 86° no lower than 75°, even with the couple fans i have in there. Is there a cheap way to fix this w/o buying an expensive a/c?
*how far should the plants be from the light?
*idk how old she is already, but ive had her for about 2 weeks now....but when/or how can i tell when its time to switch to flowering?
*and finally, im not sure if it a nutrient problem, water, or pests, but some of the leaves dont look good, some got better , others worse....but any ideas on what it could be??
*i also have a feit red spectrum 2ft LED
Light at 19w and 1100k...should i use that one instead, or both at the same time?

Whats the temp of the room the tent is in? Surely its below 80? than grab a 6" fan and filter combo for $150 on amazon. Add it to the tent to exhaust hot air and bring in fresh air 24/7. Why do you have such a large tent for 1 plant. You can remove those mylar strips hanging or whatever they are. They arent doing anything. But honestly if your not going to fill that tent, than grab yourself 2x2 or 2x3 for the one plant you can control the temp and humidity a lot better. Your just not setup to control the atmosphere in a 5 x 5 in anyway shape or form.

I already had the tent and was using it for a mushroom grow room. And because its so big i figured those mylar strips would help.the dude that gave me the plant cut up something retarded so the fan leaves on top block the light reach to most the lower nodes. It actually makes a big difference when it comes the light hitting it from all angles. An actually the temp in the house is set at 80. Im in Las Vegas so its pretty cool considering outside. Its a back and forth battle with the girlfriend tryna keep it down.
Im actually in the process of tryna find some clones or seeds and equipment to max this bitch out to its full potential. But im on a budget so its a slow process rite now.

150w is fine for one plant, you won't get a huge yield but you'll get something.
I'd move the light until its 18''-24'' above the plant.
If I had to guess i'd say the plant is 8 or so weeks or so.
Looks like it needs calcium and finally topp it and then flip it anytime after 2 weeks.
