Friend dropped off some problem plants...help

Alright, so Im not exactly new to the game here, and have delt with my fair share of plant issues, but my friend grew some white widow seedlings and has had non-stop trouble with them. He dropped them off to me yesterday in the condition you see in the picture below. According to him they were x-planted into the pot you see in the pic using Fox Farm "Ocean Forest" roughly 2 weeks ago. That is pretty much the extent of what I know about this plant.

That being said, I know it will be nearly impossible to diagnose, but if anyone has any input or ideas as to what could be wrong with this plant I would really appreaciate it.

Dude...just give it good ole ph'd water for a week or so and see how it recovers. Nuture it back to health and hopefully you'll be rewarded
