Fridge grow planning?

Lookin for any advice with building a fridge grow box.
what would be appropriate lights?
fan?
soil or hydro?
just looking for a plant or two, personal use. quality over quantity!

I would go organic soil. lights are up to you, a small hps/mh would do well.

organic soil as well as organic feeding?
