I'm not looking forward to Windows 7. XP has started a DRM-heavy subsystem(kernel deep) which has continued to get worse with every new version.

I also don't really care for Flash or Shockwave. Flash video is shit, which is the majority of its use.

I don't think the MPAA, RIAA, and other 'interests'(deliberately NOT in my best interests) should be collaborating with the maker of the OS I use.

I'm considering several Linux distributions. I got a year to do it. Then MS will end all support for Win2k(which it basically already has). One example: IE6 is shit, and has numerous holes(IE6 is officially unsupported, but win2k doesn't support IE7 or above). :dunce: I also continually get MSN Alerts to upgrade to MSN Live... also unsupported on Win2k. :dunce: Windows Media Player, similar story(good thing almost no one uses WMV). :dunce: Basically they support the bare OS, but jack shit for the various software suites included with it. Fuck them.

Microsoft has failed me as their loyal customer (for well over a decade). Yea, I actually paid for Windows(even though I build/assemble my own systems).

Mr. Aluminum Foil himself doesn't practice what he preaches? I'm not seeing any aluminum foil on those walls... Cool time lapse though

I never said I applied foil to the walls.... I apply it to wood and cardboard, and mount them to the reflectors(at specific angles and sizes), which are on chains, so they get lifted out of the shots. And hang them from the walls with adjusters to get the right angles.

I don't use reflectors beneath the soil/top of the container... I do have some aluminum cans attached to the sides of the buckets, though. they hold themselves on. Then on the walls, more aluminum from cans, which were cut into rectangles and folded into each other(an experiment).

There's a mirror visible on the left, in the latter shots, though. Reflectivity isn't a very big deal with small plants....

I use 161-182 watts total. Started around 2 dozen seedlings with, uh, 51W(2x26W). Got 11 decent females. Half got exposed to around of day of very high temperatures... they're not doing well(has nothing to do with lights or foil, FYI). Three have already died, and 1-2 more are probably going soon... so hopefully 6-7. The inside of the stems turns to the color of shit, and the plants just rapidly undergo necrosis.... They're uncloneable, so I've had to chop my ladies a bit... sigh. :cuss:

I think 2 will recover from the heat stress, though they've lost a shit ton of foliage. They are really bushy at the tops, and skinny as shit below that. Not pictured is the ones that's very likely already dead. It has massive necrosis... nothing worth seeing.

I call these two Goku and Zorak, though. There's aluminum in the background, too!

Check it out, maybe it's just me. I attached a reference for those who don't know who these characters are.
