Tea tree your in the right place. Just select browse to go to your picture then select it. Now you see the little box that says center. Use its drop menu and pick stretch and it will fit your entire screen. Center makes the picture in the center of the desktop as is and tile makes a bunch of little copies over and over again

I've disabled IE DLL integration with Explorer.exe(that's why IE is so fast to load, it resides in a DLL that stays in memory as long as Explorer does, crafty MS). Those options are unavailable now. Notice the Patterns? Windows 9x style. Haha. It also disables thumbnail view in folders... and some other minor details.

I prefer it though. Stability is world-class on Windows 2000. I've been a geek for decades.

I never could get a stable 2000 or ME both sucked bad. My 98 was solid and xp professional is pretty stable. Not as stable as linux but works with much more software

I went from 95a to 98SE(hated it), to Windows 2000 SP1(loved it). I've actually liked it less since SP2,3&4.

Don't like XP, too many reasons to get into it. I could rant for hours. I am forced to use it and newer... nuff said.

Vista is just as bad! I have yet to try Windows 7, but I don't like what I've seen.

Windows 7 is pretty nice. I run it on one of my test machines and seems to flow nicely. Vista is just garbage the whole setup floating windows and file setup just is riddiculous almoist as bad as mac os setups.
