I just picked up some FFOF. Should I flush the 3 gallon pots before I plant the seedlings? Or should I just put the soil into the pot and put the plant in it without flushing the medium first?

how old is the plant ffof is hot i wouldnt start seeds in it if thats what your asking

i would flush the soil .i have started clones and seeds directly in ocean forrest. but it is rather hot as GRORITE just said......i have had no problem but i add 30% perlite FOR drainage and prevent to much soil compaction.....trust me ADD the perlite it will allso help if your an'' over waterer''

No flush but also no nutrients for 3 weeks minimum unless plants SHOW a need. Agree on perlite or other inert volume expander.
