Fox Farm's Soil Nutrient feeding Schedule

On their website, Fox Farms has this schedule:

I just want to know if this schedule is a little to intense, because I've heard that during the fist month of their lives, seedlings should be given very little nutes. This schedule says other wise.

from what I hear, Fdd said fox farms nutes are hot!! gotta use at half strentgh I use fox farm products too but I "play it by ear" as far as dosage...
