I'm using all fox farm products. FFOF soil and GrowBig BigBloom and TigerBloom. Anyone that uses foxfarm products id like to know if you follow their feeding scheduel or do u use less/more nutes than what it says. Also i know ffof soil has nutes in it and i was wondering how long the soil nutes will last me until i need to start adding my liquid nutes.

less, ocean forest you should not have to add nutes for 3-4 weeks. i personally use less grow than they ask for and also big. tiger i use what they recommend on the bottle and week 4 or w/e adding grow is needed.

i have also noticed when using this product you must supplement cal/mag if using RO/Distilled water.(which i recommend for these products. and last but not least flush with these products half way through veg and right before flowering for best results.

IDK I guess I would follow the directions on their website. The schedule seems to be different on the bottle than the website...whatever.

so if i dont use any nutes for about 4 weeks i should follow the scheduel and use less growbig than they suggest? What product are you using for cal/mg

You're right, the online scheduel is much different than the bottle. for instance the grow big says 6tsp per gallon 2 times a week online. my bottle of grow big says for general feeding says 2-3 tsp per gallon every other watering. why the hell do they have to make it so confusing!

pretty much you dont need to worry about this with that soil. it will feed really well for about 2-3 weeks. start a low dosage near the end of week three unless your plants start to show signs of needing something. cal/mag botanicare is what i use. there are many others.

So do you follow the bottle instead of the website sched?

neither, heres what i do GROW for the first few times then i mix BIG,GROW right before 12/12 then i use BIG, TIGER for the flower stage and mix GROW during week 4 or 5 depending on the color of the leaves and add cal/mag every other watering..never do i use full strength (baack of what bottle says)unless i see a deficiency.

sounds good i think im just gonna start with 1/4strength from bottle and take it from there and just adjust if i see any deficincies.

I use FF all the time. I use the FFOF soil and I also use their 6 ferts BB,GB,TB,BB,OS,CC. What you will have to do is what you said. Start at 1/4 of what they recommend and increase from there until you burn them. Each strain is different and can take more or less. I had some Northern lights that liked no more than 1/2% and now I am growing some Bubblelicious and some Kush that like 100% of what is recommended. You will have to start out slowly and bump it up and see what your strain likes. If it gets burnt then back it off a little and stick with that. Some plants can take 150% of what is recommended. It is up to the strain, all MJ plants are different!

I'm doing my first FF nutes grow with 3 plants in a small grow tent. FFOF soil as well. I went really light for the first 2 weeks, and have really kicked it up them now. They've been growing much bigger and fuller now. I'm using this schedule:

http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/soilfeed.pdf

I vegged for 2 weeks with very small amounts of grow big (<1/2tsp/gallon) and less than schedule recommended Big Bloom (1tbl/gallon) to familiarize the plants with the nutes. Weeks 3 and 4 I kicked it up a bit - full Big Bloom (2tbl/gallon) and near full Grow Big (1-1.5tsp/gallon). Weeks 5 and 6 of Veg I have went full schedule recommended strength and am seeing a lot of new growth and many more bud sites. I just started pure Grow Big no Big Bloom, and as soon as my HPS bulb comes in the mail (should be by next monday, start of week 8 ) I'll start with the Tiger Bloom. Gonna flush them late this week as well.

As you can see I'm really 2 weeks behind schedule. I think its worth the extra two weeks to take the first two weeks with less and slowly work them up to full strength.
