Fox Farm Trio Pack?

Amazon has this pack of Fox Farm soil nutes for a reasonable price. It contains Grow Big, Big Bloom, and Tiger Bloom. The kit is $38.95 I have never used Fox Farm nutes before and was wondering if some users here could shed some light on their products. I want to use their nutes inconjunction with compost tea. I figure---Plain Water---Compost Tea(Wormcastings)---Plain Water/Super Thrive---Fox Farm(1/2 strength)---Plain Water---and repeat as a water/feed scheldule. Good idea? :?

How was your yield before you used FF and what is it with it? I've researched and have read alot of good things about them, but would rather here from a RIU member before I clicked the buy button.

I use the tri pack all by itself and get great results, not sure about using them in conjunction with a compost tea though.
I swear by the nute pack and agree that alone should do the trick. My last plant yielded almost 2 ozs, but of course you have alot of variables in growing and it's hard to say what kind of yield people get from what nutes you use.

I think the most essential of the 3 are the grow big and tiger bloom. I use super thrive only after transplant and the GB during veg an tiger for bloom. I start molasses 4-5 weeks into flower. The tiger bloom is pretty potent, so i gradually build my way up to about 3.5 tsp. / gal. I'd say just amend your soil with the castings and straight water and nutes every other week. I think the most important thing is to read your plants cause they'll tell you if they're hungry, or if they need a change in their diet. Give them a good size pot or hole, and you should get a good yield. Good luck :joint: farmer

The price for those 3 is reasonable when you consider how high the commission rate is on Amazon(greater than Ebay). It might be cheaper if you have a hydroponics store near you.

Local shop wants 19.99 plus tax for each one of these bottles. I went ahead and ordered already. The Trio Pack should be here Monday or Tuesday.

Looking good pcl420! I see you have been to Lowes or a similar store....I have that same temperature/humidity display. Can't wait to take clone off all the different strains I have going. I just started using the Fox Farm not to long ago. I hit my ladies with my "special" compost tea(Panzy Mate, Microrhizae Fungi, Azomite, Mushroom Compost, Organic Sugar, Molasses and Cow Compost) mixed with Super Thrive right before applying. This help develope good roots. On the next feed I gave them some Grow Big and Big Bloom. They are all looking like champs! Glad I bought this stuff.

I use all the entire fox farm line up as well as superthrive, seaweed extract, snow storm ultra, and voodoo juice. I have had amazing results doing so. You will be very happy with your purchase. :-o
