Roots Oregonism has the same as Great White for cheaper, fungiperfecti.com has a product thats the same but cheaper also. Mykos has just one type of endo in it.

ahhhh but got it fo free so cant complain... So I just prepared a one and a half cf bag of FFOF with my lime and perlite, could I just dump the myco madness into my mix? There is nothing on the jar that says anything about adding the powder directly to the soil just adding a 1/2 tsp per gallon of water.

This has got to be the most confusing sentence I have ever read on here. All these dim-wits only interested in growing weed and increasing yeild and potency, well I guess I'm a dim wit because those are all relevant to my interests.
Too many come here, ignorant, pick up info from the forums from a bunch of dim-wits and children (no offense) who are only concerned about growing weed and whatever they think is going to make their plant potent or yield big, etc. Not saying that everybody here is a moron, but too many people just don't seem to know enough. They may know some good info and some bad info, or else have no clue what is good/bad or how/if it even applies to themselves and others.
Think being the key word. As in ones who don't know or care to know exactly what a product is or what it is supposed to do. Sure everyone wants to yield lots of potent buds; but if that is all that you care about then you lack appreciation for what it is you're doing and what it is you're growing.

I think they change the formula of ffof. Did it always have twigs in it? I didn't think it did! But it does now! I been having low ph I guess or burn issues. I never buy it again!!!

Here is a clone of BBxNL (test cutting) that was planted into FFOF about 10 days ago, and it was little tiny single stemmed cutting when it was put in there..

I doubt it. Never gotten a bag with an enormous amount of 'twigs' in it, but what you're referring to could either be from the composted forest humus and/or the sphagnum peat moss. Either way, not a big deal... just organic matter.

Low pH or burn issues, eh? Which is it? Quit blaming products and learn some grow methodology. I just don't get it; sometimes I slack off (quite often actually) and don't add much additional lime or water any in, and allow my run-off to come out at pH 5... or lower... and yet my plants don't seem to turn to shit like everyone else who swears the Ocean Forest fucked theirs up. I guess the difference is that I actually know how to correct the problem when/if it arises? Stop stressing over the issues your plants are having and learn to solve them.

I've heard that fox farm got a new plant on the east coast and does not have a certain ingredient here on the east coast and they don't ship it over here... I think the ffof on the west coast is slightly different then whats on the east coast.... not sure that's just what I have heard lol.

I called ff and they said they only have a plant in cali and their place in sc is just a holding warehouse.. Now I know that people are gonna say " fuckin phone reps either lie or don't know shit" but from my understanding is that ff is a quite small family owned business and I don't see them having alot of different phone "reps" and why would they lie? I love ffgb, i'm starting to love ocean forest and cant comment on their flowering foods yet cause haven't used them but I'm def gonna give it a try

A simple non-technical question like that is probably fine for a phone representative; it's the more technical questions about particular products or particular ingredients in those products that I say you're better off e-mailing them about. They may be a 'small-ish' or family owned/operated company, but they still distribute a vast number of products all over the US. When you call them up I don't think you're going to get Pops or cousin G on the phone, you'll probably get someone who has been given a review of general/pertinent information about their products.

All I am saying is that e-mailing your question is more likely to get you a thorough and factual response in black in white. Because supposing you did ask a question which the representative doesn't fully understand, I would say they're more likely to give a less than accurate or more confusing response. Case in point you seem to have all of these people saying they heard this and they heard that... where is all that BS info coming from?

When I called them and said I had brown spots or nut burn they ask me where I lived? That all they asked!
I forgot My are looking better after almost 2 cups of Soil Dr. lime. At first giving 3 tbs each water or feeding. Wasn't doing much so then put a full cup in the dirt before the feeding yesterday. Today looking a lot better! But they still look like they need to be feeded real green and the stems are on the soft side? The ppm was 700-800, phes were on 4 was 6.1 and 1 @ 6.0 and 1 @ 5.8. Should I feed again? They still have alot of lime on the top of the dirt.:wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:
Love this Guy! Their perty but the leave are a little flat I like them fold up a little like their praying! Can you feed back 2 back?

What's your point? See. This is why you can't trust what kind of BS other people seem to conjure up after they get off the phone with a customer service rep.

If you have a longer flowering strain, or are otherwise letting your plants grow out for several weeks without transplanting, or are using more acidic nutrients then you need to add more lime at some point. How would it be Fox Farm's fault if you didn't?

There are way too many considerations and variables when growing that you need to take other peoples 'opinions' of products they have used with a grain of salt unless you know an enormous amount about how they are growing.

Cuz the ph is low soon as you open the bag. YOu shouldn't have to add lime soon as you open the bag should you? Can you feed back 2 back if your ppm is low. Its like 750 and I'm in the 3rd week of flowering is that low? I'm going to bump it up a little.

I have used ocean forest on several grows and I did have problems but not the soil itself. My plants loved the ocean forest and were all growing healthy until about 2 weeks after a low to medium dose of nutes and a shotty ph monitor but after that was replaced everything was back on track at least for my last grow with pleasing results. I did always notice something though when testing runoff with perfectly ph'd water it will always come out in the 4-5 range (with accurate meter) including well before any signs of damage and that's why I pin pointed the nutrients and figured out my test drops had been diluted somehow.

You could for good measure if you didn't want to add any later. So anyways, I just filled up a small container with OF straight out of the bag. Next I watered it with 0 ppm water until run-off occurred. I let it drip away from some time before collecting a sample, then I tested both the water that went in and the run-off with pH drops. The pH of the run-off was virtually the same as the water I put in, which was around 6.3.

I think I'm a feed behind last time I feeded foxfarm cocktail it was 800 ppm going in and 800 coming out. The stems are a little soft and the leaves are perty but flat and the new growth is green. The new growth should have a some yellow, right?
I may feed 1 and check the run off before I feed the rest. It should be oK? ur full of shit feeding back to back to back trying to fuck me up!!!
