Hello having problems with my plants and after measuring ph run off it seems that could be the problem.... is it normal to have 4.4 ph out when putting in 7.0 tap water?

What kind of troubles are you having with your plants? Do you have any pictures that show the problem? If you are just concern about the pH runoff, just work in 4 tablespoons of dolomite lime into the top of each of your pots to bring the FF OF soil filled pots back to the proper pH range of pH 6.2 - pH 6.6. FF OF by default has a good amount of lime in it, but after you veg for 4 - 6 weeks or more, and then have flowered for 6 more weeks, the initial lime content will have been basically depleted at that point, and it can even happen quicker if when you water your plants you are watering your plants to more than 20% runoff each time you water or feed your plants!
