Fox Farm Nutes

just curious to hear thoughts from anyone that uses or has used ff nutes. im looking at their feeding schedule, (http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/FoxFarm-Soil-Schedule.pdf), and it includes giving the seedlings and clones big bloom right off the bat and also recommend that you use BB and Tiger bloom up until harvest. Is this right?! or should i stick to the rule no nutes until 2 weeks old or 2 weeks before harvest?

Depends on your soil really. If you are using FFOF soil, that stuff has enough nutes in it to be good for at least two to three weeks. I use grow big during veg with awsome results. I strongly recommend for first feeding go 1/4 strength, next feeding 1/2, than go full strength. Some strains are finnicky about nutes and by feeding in steps you can guage what your plants can handle. At full strength I still only put 2 teaspoons per gallon, than next round its just Ph'd water. So it goes nutes, plain water, nutes etc. and so on. Hope this helped!

Yea def helped! thanx. i use the ffof too that's y i was confused that they say to start right off with Big Bloom. sounded fishy. what about the BB and Tiger Bloom up until harvest. that's pretty much contrary to everything i have read

BB and TB I have used in the past with great results. I do the same 1/4 strength,1/2 strength with TB too. I will say becareful with TB, it burnt the shit out of a couple of my plants. I would go 1/2 strength and see how your plants react to it, if they dig it and dont burn go full strength. I dont really use what they say for BB cause, and this is just my opinion, I think it causes lockout due to high salt content.
