Hey 5150 the short haired GS silver backs don't shed much. I have a 150lb one that don't shed much. Then a long haired 120lb younger male that sheds crazy. I owe my life to them and wish i could post some photos but not. So intelligent with a smart owner, they can keep the peace

real dog lover huh? do some research, people with dogs for pets live a happy healthier lives....put that in your pipe and smoke it....
i live in medellin colombia and have 4 pits and guns....i have a small farm, therefore i am responsible for my own security....i thought about staying home 24/7 356 to keep my house belongings and girlfriend safe but figured life would be more fun if i could got out and enjoy life, so i have a pack of dogs, i use to have 8 pits, my colombian neighbors are scared shitless of my place, a farm above me had a home invasion robbery last year, the thieves passed on my place for some reason.....rm
p.s. pot is legal to have up to 21 grams on your person, the colombian government lets people do as they want with out trying to control every aspect of your life unlike the government in the usa where im from....

I am glad that I have dogs.
I do believe that pet owners live longer, maybe because the pets, or maybe they would have anyway, and the pets are part of that persons personality anyway.
What I am saying is, maybe who own pets are more compassionate people in the 1st place with more love to give and that alone was enough to live longer. Having pets just makes sense in this case...

I personally don't need 4 legged security, The wife and I are well versed in the languages of mossberg and glock, but we have a little friend that keeps people at distance, when the door receives a knock.

A loud barking dog is always good to keep people away. Mine is not a guard dog even though she is very, very protective of her home and children.
Haha but really he stays inside with me and is more of an 'Alert' dog than anything. He's a pitbull boxer mix, and actually I just realized he turned 1 year yesterday.
