I'm gonna risk saying it again .... how do you "find" a 5.5ft plant on a residential street, in a residential neighbourhhod, near the sidewalk. To be that tall is would have HAD to be there for some period of time .... and all the other time ... people and everyone walking on by noticing nuthin? I don't get it?
