Forcing growth at specific shoots

I trained a plant to have 4 shoots coming out of the main stem. Two of the shoots are growing exponentially the other two, due to topping wrong and a dead leaf due to heat, are stumped - they are no longer growing. One shoot has two big fan leaves the other only has one. The two shoots would of produced nice bud sites but as stated they are stumped. This is my first grow and I am definitely inexperienced; Is there anyway I can force these two shoots to start reproducing again?

either, get the other tops out of the light a bit, and focus light on the smaller ones for them to catch up a bit..

or top the talls and wait for the others to catch up that way.

It will be quite hard to get them even again I would think. If you have the time to veg them then you could try but imo you should focus on what healthy growth you have and make sure it stays healthy. Better to have 2 healthy branches than none. They may start growing again normal but they will most likely take a while if they do at all
