Im just wondering if i can take a spore syringe "psilocyben b+" and buy cow manure and inject the spores into it while its placed n the shade would this work?

just go to shroomery.com man they know them stuff but you will probably need hay to mix it. Something like dig a 4X4 hole and fill it with a layer of cow poo then mix half and half hay with poo and place it in the hole while still wet. Then inject the spores. then place a small layer of straight cow poo then then top it off with a layer of hay/straw and makes sure its gets good water
