flowering 30 days now. i'm not as worried as the wife but there is more yellow than there should be. lots of dying leaves all over. and there has been almost no growth in the last week or two. buds are filling in and looking good, getting sticky. but plant growth seems stunted. just watered with superthrive and plan to fert next watering. might have washed out nutes not using trays first few waterings. i am going to hydro store to get fertilizer. or can i use mg flowering fert 15-30-15??? cheaper i'm sure but prob not good idea...

i dont think it matters what fertz (brands) you use, you just gotta make sure to flush it all out in the last week or two or the buds will taste like shit....i would say just let your plant do its thing

Nice!!! couple of questions: are these from seeds or clones? Also, approximately how old are they?

No nutes, starting adding superthrive last watering. They were clones, cloned almost 2 months ago, and at about 32 days or so of flowering. We are also going to add mollases to water the last few waterings, to give some weight to the buds.

The MG 15-30-15 will work fine at 1/4 - 1/2 tsp per gallon. It's strong stuff so feed with it every other watering.

actually hiouchi im using mg too and im pretty sure you do want to add some nutes to mg because its N count is so high. i bought some tiger bloom (fox farm) and it seems to be helping ( imo you need a higher P count for flowering and MG just dosent seem to cut it alone) is .2-.8-.4 maybe try some in your last couple weeks of flowering its only about 15 bucks a bottle...

We are using MG soil, so we can't add anymore nutes. But thanks for the advice:)
i use MG moister control and add 3 part general hidroponic nutes at 50% once a week as soon as they hit the dirt, and i give them plan PHed water in the middle of the week.i'm following the GPH chart as to how much each week, check out my thread i'm 30 days in bloom this week.[BIGGER,BADDER,CFL'S kick ass.]But you are looking good, grow how you grow.

LATER.

thanks for the info, we weren't sure about ferts with mg soil. next time we're using non nut potting soil so we can controll feeding nuts. haven't bought blooming fert yet so last night when we watered used molasses. have been told by the old farts that it is best in flowering. i'd have to ask wife but i think it's 1 TBS per gal. have to heat it with some water first so it will mix. we're buying distilled water now. used britta water earlier in grow till we found out it doesn't really help.

So you are still checking the PH right{very important}I set mine at 6.5 to 6.8 with the MG soil it balance's out for the best feed range. What kind of nutes are you going to try with the fert free dirt?I'm thinking of trying an airophonic set up for my next bloom not that much the set up{$125--$175}for 6 buckets it should add 30%{i hope}to the wieght.here's my girls at 30 days in bloom.

i want to know what difference it makes flowering with CFLs compared to HPS. i've been told i won't get good bud (and i'm used to STRONG bud) flowering with CFL. Also i've been told Miracle Grow soil makes bud taste bad and that i should use 18/6 light instead of 24hrs during veg. having no experience, i would appreciate sugestions and comments, thanks,

you can do 24/0 or 16/8 in veg its personel preference.
im doing 16/8 cos apparently 24/0 produces a high rate of males... and the extra electricity isnt nesseccary.

the bud quality is improved if you have more light getting THROUGH your entire plant so to help it place a few numerous CFL's around it instead of just 2 above.

and before your about to harvest dont use and fertilizers for 2 weeks. this will 'flush' out all the fertilizers from the plant.
