Foliar now or at night?

I have a mg def on my plant and will spray it with a 1tbsp per gallon solution but I'm wondering if I should spray now or when I turn the lights off?
My temps are at 82 and air flow is good. I'm growing under CFLs so I don't think I have to worry about burning the laves.. Also, 82 degrees right where the plant is (have thermometer at plant level). Would I have to worry about it evaporating before the plant absorbs or could I just do it?

Leaves are turning yellow/paleish and slow growth

BY THE WAY, I just sprayed her about 1 hour ago and watered around the stem area(very little water) and it's already perking up.. or so I think. (hopefully not placebo)
