Foam in Reservoir/Root Rot???

Specifications:
16 days into flowering----4-1000 watt Super HPS------External CO2------Temp 77-84/Humidity 48-60%-----Rez temp 67-72-----PH 5.6-6.0----PPM 1200-1800-------Adv Nut line-----Tap water-----Ebb gro bucket system 17 plants---- Feed twice a day for 15 minutes (used to feed 4x a day for the first 7 days of flower)

Ok gurus, I have an issue. I noticed that my reservoir was starting to foam/sud up and I was puzzled. It did not start until I started my second week of flowering. Flower Feed Schedule (Conni A/B, Bud Candy, Bud Ignitor, Big Bud, Sensizym, Carboload, Bud Factor X, Voodoo Juice, Piranha, Tarantula). All of this was at 60% strength. Now I noticed it and flushed out for 3 days (all water), and came back with new nutes for the start of week 3. Week 3 nutes does not include Voodoo juice/Piranha/Tarantula but everything else is the same. Same results. Foam/Suds. Now I have heard that AN will do this because of the chemical mix up but I am nervous because where the suds are in my reservoir, has left a slimy feeling brownish gook around the inside of the wall where the foam is (not the water). So I pop my plant out of the buckets and my roots are brownish and sort of slimy. The roots are not mushy and some plants are more brown than others as you can see in the pics. The buckets that the plants sit in does not have this gook/slime or suds/foam. Not all my plants have hanging roots coming out of the bottom. Plants look great though! But I don't like the thought of my roots rotting out. I am skeptical of using H2O2 because I understand that it will KILL all my Voodoo Juice/Piranha/Tarantula that I have in my roots and make things worse?? My rez temp is fine and it does not live in my grow room, so no light gets into the water. I have a GH 340 GPH pump with 4 air outlets/airstones.

My ? is:
Is this Root Rot?
Am I screwed? (Hope Not)
Am i fine?
If I clean out Rez, will that do the trick?

Also, I did have some clear line (mistake) running to a few of my buckets for the entire Veg. I have now replaced all of the clear tubing, which was black by the time I replaced it.

If its hydro which by what i am looking at it definitely is you can either rip out all the plants or buy something to counter act it.

this happened because of
-Unsterilized tools and equipment
-Unfiltered water
-Dead roots from previous crops
-Infected plant material (i.e. clones taken from infected moms)

try H2o2 this should help if not you have to rip it all out clean it then start all over again. This is all i can really give tips on.

AN microbe products are crap. They cause problems instead of fixing them, and for no apparent reason. Get some other brand of microbes, brew them tea style, and you'll be fine.

If i add H2O2, will I hurt my plants due to using Piranha, Tarantula, Voodoo Juice, during previous weeks?.......(im not using those products anymore)

@themlouds hey your going to have to make a choice asap h202 or bleach or go with heisinberg teas they work
To, your using a ebb&grow system and theres tweeks and things you can do to get back on track, if you up to

No it will not h202is harmless but it will kill off bennys, but in your case to get a quicker fix bleach uncented at 15ml per 55gal
Every three days for a week then go back to h202

No advise from me, but best of luck for sure. I assume it was the temp of the rez that did it....?

I bet it was the bennys he put in there everytime i tryed to use voodoo and tran this happened,
Now its just AN base three part and big bud and b52 with over drive in the end and h202 for
Control, and that shit dont happen no more. All that other shits not neede anyway cost way to much

Do I mix the 15ml of bleach (unscented?...Clorox??)per 55 gallons along with my nutes? or just with water?

Will AN Sensizym at full strength help with this? Im still debating on what to do...................I have to make a decision today when the ladies wake up. Tough.

Any enzyme product is likely to make the problem worse.

Ok. Its been a week and here is an update.........I cleaned out my reservoir and controller. Then I used H2O2 3ml per liter (only once) in my reservoir with nutes. Then I flushed that mess out and went back to nutes and no H2O2 after 3 days, which is where I am now. So as I look closely I do have cleaner roots (white) BUT the SUDS in my reservoir are back and not the entire roots are white. Some plants are 100% white and some are 80% white and 20% brown slimy looking.
My question is do I continue with the H2O2 for the remaining of my flower, which is about 35-45 days? If so I plan to get a separate small reservoir and have WATER and H2O2 ONLY and give them that for one day then go back to nutes the following day. Would this work? Because I didnt really like adding that H2O2 to my nutes because the girls didnt really like that dosage of food. Other than that, the plants are fine and budding nice.

yes with your nutes

h202 isnt going to hurt them, theres no point in adding if you dont follow through every three day.

Basically, they'll need it everyday from here on out? But every 3rd day.
