Flying skull Clone guard?

I had a sample from about 6 months ago, when I went to mix it, I noticed the concentrate was milky white. Is this normal?
I opened it after I had gotten it, but never ended up using it. I don't remember if it was white when I opened it up, so I wanted to make sure that this is the current supposed to be before I use it .

Sounds like snake oil, best chuck it in the bin to be on the safe side
