Hey,

Ive got some flies that are drinking at my plants mainstalk and are turning their inners green from the cannabis sap.
I was curious what kind of pests they are?
Plants outside; in soil

Thanks

yee they're like mosquitos because they suck the sap and they've got this sac at the backend that's filled with green color, just like how a mosquito sucks blood and its sac turns red

take a picture to get a real answer
or visually look at them
maybe it is a thrip, a mite, or a type of aphid

possibly something else~ if u have no way to take a pic try examining it and decide on what it is and describe that

also look up white fly~ usually to do with over+under watering... root rot causing a great place for them to thrive

alright ya, i tried to take a picture, but i couldn't find any on the plants. I've been removing them from the plant with a twig as I see them. I'll probably have to wait for tomorrow to see if they come back again.

The soil is dry within the first 3inch, but the bottom of the pots water run-off shoots still has really moist soil, so moist that there's visible water droplets.

I guess i'll try and hold back from water for the next couple days to let the pot really dry out.
Ill report back when i see the buggers again
