flushing

the last run you are supposed to flush with straight water, some even say at the end to use ice water. Am I supposed to let the soil dry up before harvesting or not?

every one has their own way it seems. Some people say it dries quicker when the soil is dry, some people say it doesn't. You are NOT going to get a straight answer, the guy that harvests when its wet will tell you it doesn't matter. The guy that lets it dry out will tell you to let it dry out..... lol.

Why dont you do one plant one way and the other plant the other way and see if there's a diff. Then you know what works for you :)

You know what they say, "success is nothing but a lot of failures"
Good luck

yea...I had two plants...and one of them I already harvested, and harvested early...at about 6.5 weeks....only because I was out of weed and couldn't wait patiently for them to finish if I didn't have weed to calm the stress. The one I did early obviously wasn't quite filled out or as ripe as the one that is ready now, but it was still pretty nice, and gives a nice high. But I just wanted to ask on this one because it will be my first real harvest that I am trying to do it the right way and do a nice job. I have been flushing well with straight water and molasses, and she looks ready. she is 8.5 weeks in...I did a real thorough flush this last time, and now I think I will let it soak up as much of that water out of the dirt as I can, and leave her in the dark for a couple days then harvest...thinking friday...that sounds like a good friday night to me. anyways, Yea i know everyone has a different preference in either direction, So this time I will try letting the soil dry up and see how it goes...and if it isnt 100 percent pleasing I will maybe try something else in two months. Thanks for the input...I think Ill be happy either way because I at least held out the full term of the flowering...she looks great and I cant wait...like nate dog said....."hey hey, smoke weed every day."
