Flushing Question

Does anybody know how soon after you finish flushing a plant, can you harvest it. Meaning after the flush, is all the nutrient out of the plant too, or does it take "X" amount of time to use up what stored in the plant?

I believe it's the 2nd to last week you flush with pH'd water, no nutes, and then the last week no water. Could someone verify that?

This is how I do it, it works well for me;

I flush the plant with clean water for at least a week, usually ten days. Then I turn off the pumps and lights for 2 days. This causes the plants to think winter is coming and they force all their resins into the buds. I don't notice any of that chemically-tar taste I normally associate with non-flushed bud.
