This is my first grow..I came out with one girl and I'm trying to make the best of it. The trichomes are about 70% milky and I used horse manure in the soil mix from the start then when it went to flowering I started giving it chicken manure tea. Should I start flushing or should I keep on feeding it till harvest?? Im not sure how long it will be till the trichomes go to 50/50.. I need some help!!

There isn't much of a need to flush when you are using organics as there are no chemical salts to dissolve.

A lot of people think that with organics like manure, that they have to flush it out because they don't want their weed to smell or taste like poo.

That's not going to happen. The bacteria in the soil is breaking down the manure and releasing the stored nutrients into the soil, which the plant takes up. The final product the plant is consuming, is not the same as the manure you are applying.

There is nothing to worry about.

Ya like was said....You don't flush organic soils. You can water last few days but its up to you. I have used organics all the way up till harvest and there was no diff. in taste or way it burned. Actually Going organic nute all the way gave me a larger harvest. And I can always tell when I give nutes the buds react and swell and grow and then stay the same till the next time I feed. Which is about every 2 days with FFOF/LW soil with Humboldt organic lineup.

Agreed. This is one of the great benefits of growing organic, you can continue to feed up until harvest. Those last couple weeks make a huge difference - this is when the plant needs nutrition the most as it's really packing on the weight. If you have to flush, you are depriving the plant of food when it really wants to eat and grow.

Some folks who use chems just let it go an extra week or two to make up for this, but this may push your past your ideal harvest window depending on what type of effect you are looking for from your weed.
