Flushing Aftermath

I have 3 plants in a cfl setup with all the parameters set right. Once i began adding nutes i noticed a rapid decline in the health of my number one and two plant, however my number 3 (the runt) exploded into a rapid growth. After several days of grief i determined it was nute burn and began a stage of intergrated flushings using distilled water adjusted to 6.0 PH.
It has been at little over a week now and my number two plant is showing signs of recovery, however my number one looks to be entirely stunted and struggling to recover. My questions are as follows:
1. What is the general recovery process after flushing? I have noticed the bottom growth starting to flourish with color again and recover quicker than the top, is this normal?
2. My number one plant looks to be stunted and resembles a small christmas tree approx 12-14" tall. I fimmed both my number one and two plants but only the number one grew multiple tops and the number two appeared to have no effect at all so i LST'd her. Could i have possibly stunted my Number One plant by fimming? it was my strongest plant and now its my weakest...

On a better note, my number two plant is a verified female!!!:weed: Thanks for any help. I will get pics up asap!

It sounds like you're stressing your plants first with nute burn, then flushing, and then Fimming? Only prune when the plant is healthy

pictures would help

My fault. Let me clarify. The plants were pruned and trained when they were completely healthy, and while they were still receiving nutes from the Fox Farms soil. After the soil nutes were gone (aprrox 27 days) i began adding nutes with no problems for the next 2 weeks, only then when i switched from organic Alaska Fish Emulsion to Soil Veg Growth for coco & soil applications, did i begin to notice the steady and rapid decline.
Next came the flushing and now i am back to square one. Im just curious about the general path of recovery from flushing (recoloration, new growth instead of directing energy to recooperate old growth, etc)? And if i may have stunted the growth of my number one plant by fimming?
Im leaning more towards the FIMing as the result of my decline..My number three plant (the runt) was untouched except for LST and it is the healthiest of them all. This is high quality bagseed by the way so i have no genetic info to lean on..
