Flushed w/ two weeks to go

My plants were two weeks away from harvest so I gave them a good flush. I have never done this before. The girls are in 3 gal pots. I flushed with 3 gals of tap water. Had to use the water right from the tap. I don't have the space to let 40 gallons of water sit for two days. Anyway, two days after the flush, the ph of my soil went from a nice 7 to 3.5-5 in all my plants. What gives? is it the tap water or is this somewhat normal?

If you adding a gallon of water to each 3 gallon bucket of course your PH is going to drop. When flushing plant add the same amount as you add when feeding them with food. Not a whole gallon of water at once. Flush for about week and cut them down. Now you will have to worry about mold growing in your soil. And mold kills taste and THC Not to mention turns plant yellow.

test the ph of the tap water and adjust accordingly w/ acid or base. be careful, a lot goes a long way
