Fluence dimmer question

Quick question for the Fluence users who are using the Spydr 2p with the Fluence dimmer. I was wondering at what height and output levels are you guys starting out with, and how often are you increasing the output and by how much? I am having some difficulty getting things dialed in. Thanks!
