Flowers or pre flowers?

I have 3 clones growing outdoors, and I'm having a hard time determining wether they're still vegging and just showing pre flowers or actually flowering. They've been starting on branch growth and their nodes all have white hairs, but there's also new leaf growth coming out of their nodes as well. They get direct sunlight in the early morning, but by the afternoon the sun has passed over them and they're in the shade for the rest of the day.View attachment 2691505View attachment 2691506View attachment 2691507

That's what I was thinking too. Do you think it's because they're not getting enough direct sunlight?

I don't think that's the deal. The fact that they don't get direct sunlight doesn't mean they don't get any. Do you have them at your house or there is any source of light near them (street lamp or somethin like that..)?

Nope they're in complete darkness at night. I was just looking it up in Ed Rosenthal's marijuana grower's handbook, and I think that it might be a process called regeneration where the plants fully go back to vegging. You can tell if they're doing this if your plants have this swirled leaf, which my plants have. The way to help them go back to veg is to interrupt the night cycle by giving them extra light, so that's probably what I'm gonna try first.

You totally lost me.. :o:confused:

You're sayin..?? your plants starin flowering, this may be a process of regeneration (I know this as regeneration: http://greenmanspage.com/guides/regeneration.html ) when the plants revegging & the way to help'em reveg (:? ) is to give them extra light??

:o:?:
see those funky looking leaves growing from your budsite there. Shes revegging, she did begin flower but enough to majorly affect anything, before she started vegging again. Your good just let her grow and do her thing

They'll bounce back, that aint nothing but a little preflower. I had one that looked just like that last season, and it still produced some decent dank.
