flowering

i have 2 three week and 4 day old orange kush plants that i want to keep small when can i got into flowering i was gonna do it in about a week and a half would this bee too soon?

You could flower them, but you're not going to get much yield. That and you've got a 50/50 chance on each of those of a male, in which case your yield from that plant is 0. Give them at least a few more weeks to veg

yea i anticipated the male thing but this is my second grow and i have many more seeds
